Kohiki Vase

These vessels were thrown, then brushed with a slip that dries and is then stretched as the vase was shaped, witch in turn crackles the slip on the outside of the piece. Glazed in transparent then the rims were painted with a gold overglaze. 

Approximately ~ 9 1/2"-11 1/2"H x 6.5"-8" W (4" opening)

Cone 6 dark stoneware 

All our pottery is thrown by hand on a potters wheel, our glazes are our own recipes so there may be some variation in form and finish. Ceramics with personality!
