If you receive a package that is damaged and it's contents are broken, make sure to take a picture of the damaged box. Whether it be USPS, UPS or FEDEX, you will need to contact them directly to initiate a refund.
Depending on the item ordered, we may be able to replace it with another, but because we make most of our products ourselves, we may not have a back stock of the particular item needing replacement.
Because of this, the shipper, if it was their fault, will refund us for the damaged item and we can then refund you, or replace your item.
For in-store purchases, replacing broken items is not financially possible for us. We thank you for your understanding.
