Canela (Mexican cinnamon)

Mutti grew up only consuming canela so maybe she is bias but other cinnamon simply can not compare. It will change the way you cinnamon. 

Flavor Profile: complex, earthy, sweet 

Uses: make as a tea, add to your coffee, steep your milk with it for hot cocoa, grind it for baking. A little goes a long way.
